Toyo sidewall lettering has become a scene signature across drift, stance and time-attack, and this kit recreates it in permanent raised rubber, in the Proxes, R888R and Open Country styles.
One brand, three scenes
The three styles map to three worlds: Proxes for street and stance builds, R888R for track and time-attack, Open Country for the lifted-truck and overland crowd. That range is why Toyo lettering is so common — whatever the build, there’s a Toyo fitment that belongs on it. White is the standard read; color accents suit show cars tying into a theme.
Fitment from track car to truck
Proxes and R888R fitments run 17“–19“ at 35–45 profiles — a moderate band that takes a 1“–1.1“ letter well. Open Country fitments on trucks and 4x4s have far more sidewall and support taller lettering. Match height to the band; guidance is in the Toyo Proxes sidewall style guide.
Track and trail durable
Whether it’s heat-cycled at a track day or caked in trail dust, vulcanized raised rubber holds where vinyl fails. Prep the sidewall thoroughly per the installation guide, let the glue cure, and keep oil-based dressing off the lettered band.
